Pixel Passive Build Standard
Externally the building is finished in clad (timber or composite), rendered or brick (slip as standard) dependent upon your choice.
The building will be supplied and fitted with triple glazed windows of your choice or windows specified by us. Thermal bridge calculations will be prepared within PHPP if required or separately calculated to ensure that bridging is kept to an absolute minimum. At the same time as the structural calculations being completed for your project we will design, specify and install your mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system. Finally, before we depart, we will carry out an air test to ensure that the air exchange rates conform to the standards required of a passive house. At this stage you will be able to complete the fit out of the house with other trades knowing that it is water tight, airtight, thermally excellent, and fitted with a correctly designed and installed MVHR system. bonus veren siteler Enquire Here
